Tension Explodes as Moghreb Tetouan and FUS Rabat Stalemate 0-0

Moghreb Tetouan and FUS Rabat Deadlocked in Botola Pro Stalemate

The curtains fell on a tense Botola Pro encounter with Moghreb Tetouan and FUS Rabat locked in a 0-0 stalemate after 90 fraught minutes that saw more yellow cards than clear chances. This was a derby that promised fire but delivered only smoke – a cagey affair where neither side dared lose rather than fought to win.

FUS Rabat’s Disciplined Approach

Rabat’s Ilyas Naji earned the game’s first yellow card on 31 minutes for a cynical tug, setting the tone for a match where tackles flew harder than shots. The visitors sat deep, absorbing Tetouan’s sporadic attacks with a back line that held firm but offered nothing in return. Their midfield anchor Mohamed Bakhkhach was hooked on 66 minutes – a damning indictment of their reliance on defensive shapes over creative spark.

Moghreb Tetouan’s Frustration Grows

By the hour mark, you could feel the home crowd’s patience fraying like worn rope. Youssef Aboursas made way for Abdelkabir Azzouzi on 58 minutes as Tetouan grew desperate for invention, throwing on attackers like Mohamed Amraoui late on. But for all their huffing, Rabat’s goalkeeper might as well have brought a deckchair – his gloves remained spotless throughout a second half where hopeful crosses found only foreheads, not the net.

Botola Pro Stalemate Leaves Both Sides Stuck

The final whistle brought relief rather than rejoicing – two points dropped for Tetouan in their push up the table, one gained for Rabat’s survival bid. Five late substitutions couldn’t spark this damp squib into life. As both sets of players trudged off, you wondered who’d be more frustrated: the home side lacking cutting edge, or visitors too timid to seize their moment. The Botola Pro waits for one of these sides to find their teeth. Tonight, neither bit hard enough.
